Disabling the DHCP Server
You can disable the DHCP server.
To make sure that all computers remain in the same IP net-
work as the FRITZ!Box, you must enter the IP addresses manu-
ally in the computers' network settings. First disable the op-
tion "Obtain an IP address automatically" and then enter the
IP address manually in the appropriate field.
In the case of the preset IP address of the FRITZ!Box, the fol-
lowing IP addresses are available for assignment to the com-
puters:
192.168.178.2 - 192.168.178.253
Each IP address can be assigned only once.

IP Network
The DHCP server of the FRITZ!Box assigns all of the computers
connected with the FRITZ!Box an IP address from the address
range of the DHCP server.
This means that all of the computers connected with the
FRITZ!Box are located in the same IP network.

Changing Network Settings

In order to change the network settings of the FRITZ!Box, the
Expert Mode must be enabled in the user interface:

Start a web browser on your computer and enter
in the address field of the browser.
Click "Expert Mode" in the "System" menu, enable the
setting "Show expert settings" and confirm this setting
by clicking "Apply".
Select the "Home Network / Network" menu.
Select the "Network Settings" page.
Click the "IP Addresses" button.
The "IP Settings" page is opened.
