Program
This program is scientifically designed for maximum £1t loss
over six weeks. It is important that you practice every aspect of
the plan to achieve optimum results.
The program separates into three two-week stages. During
each stage you will exercise, control the number and quality of
calories you consume, and drink plenty of ice-cold water.
Before starting the exercise routine, you must be familiar with
your Bowflex _'Xtreme 2_M home gym. You should experiment
with finding the proper amount of resistance and speed to use
during your workouts to remain in your target t:at-burning
heart-rate zone.
