exercise programs
The TR500 and TR1000 treadmills come with an assortment of programs that will give you the
variety you want in an exercise program. This includes a Manual program, 5 Speed Programs,
6 Incline Programs, 2 User Programs, My Zone Heart Rate Control and a Body Mass Calculation.
Manual – manual mode allows you to completely control the speed and incline level during use.
You can press the Start button and the treadmill will automatically start in the Manual Mode or
you can press the Mode button and preset the length of time of your workout.
Speed Programs – programs P1 – P5 are Speed programs. These programs automatically control
the speed of the program during the workout. Each program is divided into 12 equal segments
so if you set the time for 24 minutes, each segment will run for 2 minutes. When using a Speed
Program you can adjust the incline to your preference and your selected incline level will stay
throughout the program. If you adjust the Speed during the program, the adjustment will only last
for the specific segment that you modified. The programs below show the profiles for each of the
5 Speed programs.
