User Setup Programs – there are 2 user setup programs that give you the ability to establish your
own customized workouts. For each of the 12 workout segments, each user can preset the Incline
and Speed.
Once a program is set up you can simply scroll to the User Program and your program will be
saved for reuse.
"My Zone" Target Heart Rate Program – this program automatically modifies the belt speed and
incline to maintain your heart rate at a preset level that you select during program set up.
After a 3 minute warm up the console will start adjusting the speed and incline of the treadmill
every 10 seconds to obtain and maintain your target heart rate.
To use the Target Heart Rate program you will need to keep your hands on the grip pulse pads or
for the TR1000 wear a chest strap.
