CLEANING MATERIALS
• Dishwashing detergent
• Warm water
• Soft cloth
Do not use abrasive cleaners,
industrial cleaners, or bleach.

• Commercial oven cleaner
TO CLEAN
Allow the pan to soak. Sprinkle the grid
with dishwashing detergent and cover
with a damp cloth or paper towel and let
stand. Scour as needed. Wash, rinse,
and dry well. You may also place both
the pan and grid in the dishwasher.

TO CLEAN
Do not use oven cleaners, cleansing
powder, or harsh abrasives. If mari-
nades, tomato sauce, basting materials,
etco, should spill, wipe up as much as
possible. When surfaces have cooled
thoroughly clean painted areas.
