Create Certificate Signing Request

Navigate to Administration > Certificates > Server Certificates and click on the Create Certificate Signing
Request link. This task creates a self-signed certificate to be signed by a CA.

A generated certificate signing request displays after you click Submit. Copy the certificate and paste it into the
Web form as part of the enrollment process.

Select length for the generated private key: 512, 1024 , or 2048.
Select message digest algorithm to use: SHA-1, MD5, and MD2.
Specify duration in days.
On submit, Policy Manager generates a popup containing the self-signed certificate. Click on the
Install button to install the certificate on the selected server.
NOTE: All services are restarted; you must relogin into the UI to continue.
