Fax Header Settings

The Original to be sent is recorded as follows by receiver.
Reminder
[Outside Body Text] function cannot be used in Internet Fax/IP Address Fax. Header information is
added within the original even if [Outside Body Text] is set.
When the Header Position is set to [Inside Body Text]
When the Header Position is set to [Outside Body Text]
When the Header Position is set to [OFF]
Note
In North American models, [Header Position] cannot be set to [OFF].
The sender name and fax number set in [Header Information] of in Utility mode is displayed in FROM
column of Header information. The Header information is shared with normal fax function.
In case of color mode, the background color of transmission source information is not white (Basic) but
it becomes the color of the sent original.
