Settings of transmission and reception mode (TX/RX Settings)

The printing method at the time of reception is set.
Duplex Print RX: ON/ OFF*
- When set to [ON], the received original is printed on both sides of the paper.
- When [Print Separate Fax Pages] is [ON], it is not displayed.
Letter/Ledger over A4/A3: European models: ON/OFF*
North American models: ON*/OFF
- When it is set to [ON] inch system paper is selected on priority for the printing paper of received original.
Print Paper Selection: Auto select*/Fixed size/Priority Size
- When the priority size is specified:
The paper is printed by the priority size. When priority size is not set, it is printed in the paper of the
nearest size.
- When the fixed size is specified:
The paper is printed by the fixed size only.
Printing Paper Size
North American models: 8-1/2 × 11* / 8-1/2 × 14 / 11 × 17 / A3 / B4 / A4
- The paper size to output the received original is specified.
Initial setting differs as per settings of [Letter/Ledger over A4/A3].

- Set the [Tray Selection for RX Print] to [Auto], to validate the setting of [Print Paper Size].
Tray Selection for RX Print
- Paper tray is set when paper tray used in output of the received originals is to be fixed.

- Type of the tray differs as per the loaded option.
Min. Reduction for RX Print
- Output magnification of received original is set.
When a fax is received in color mode, it is normally printed in the same size.

- When the [Min. Reduction for RX Print] at the time of printing the original is set to [Full Size], the
settings of the [Print Paper Selection], [Tray Selection for RX Print] function become [Auto]. Moreover,
the [Print Separate Fax Pages] becomes [OFF].
Print Separate Fax Pages
- If it is set to [ON], the original longer than the fixed size is received, then it is printed after page division.
When a fax is received in color mode, page division printing cannot be used.

- When [Duplex Print RX] is [ON], it is not displayed.

- Number of copies (prints) of received original is set.
