– For details on text input operation, refer to "Entering text" on page 11-3.

Touch [Address].

Touch [Select from Address Book] or [Direct Input], and enter the destination.
– When [Select from Address Book] is touched, select and set the destination from Address Book or
Group destinations. Advance to procedure 10.
– If [Direct Input] is touched, enter the fax number. Advance to procedure 13.

Select the category of the destination that is to be registered in program destination.

Select the destination to be registered in the program destination and touch [OK].
– Multiple destinations cannot be selected. When multiple destinations are to be specified, register
them as Group destinations. For details on registration method of Group destination, refer to
"Registering Group destinations" on page 8-12.
– [Index]: Select this button to display the destination in the Address Book with touching the index
character button.
