Paper Jams in the 2 Tray
Module
Follow the procedure below to remove the jammed paper.
Procedure

Starting with the bottom tray, pull out
each tray until you find the jammed
paper.
Paper in the tray module passes in front of the paper tray
as it feeds into the printer. If paper jams along this path,
clear the jam starting with the lower paper tray, then the
upper one. Otherwise, the jammed paper may block the
upper paper tray, preventing you from taking it out of
the printer.

Remove all the jammed and/or creased
paper from the tray.

If there is jammed paper inside the
printer, pull it out carefully to avoid
tearing it.

Push up button A (1) and fully open the
front door (2). Confirm that there are no
scraps of paper remaining inside the
printer.
