Paper Jams in the Back of the Printer
Some paper jams happen when the paper gets caught in the
back of the printer. When this happens the Operator Panel
will display
. Follow the directions below to clear
DPX -BACK
this type of paper jam.
1. Open the Back Cover (A).
2. Hold both ends of the jammed paper or media and

gently pull toward you (B).
3.
Close the Back Cover (C).
4.
If the top edge of the paper or media releases first, gently
pull up and out toward yourself (D).
5.
Open the Top Cover (E).
6.
Close the Top Cover to clear the jam message (F).
