Duplex Paper Jam in the Back Area
Back duplex jams happen in the paper duplexing unit. When
this happens the Operator Panel will display
This type of jam means that the paper did not make it to the
paper exit area when it was being processed in the duplexing
unit.
1.
Open the Back Cover (A).

Hold both sides of the jammed paper and gently pull it
out toward you (B).
3. Close the Back Cover (C).

4.
Open the Top Cover (D).
5. Close the Top Cover to clear the jam message (E).
