If the system fails the test, click View Log on the Reload Readiness Test Failed
dialog box to examine the results of the test. Then, perform the necessary tasks to
correct the situation and run the reload readiness test again.
If the log indicates that you must stop the Microsoft Management Console
(MMC), close all instances of MMC, including ftServer Management Console
(ftSMC) sessions and remote MMC sessions.
If the BMC or Virtual Technician Module (VTM) firmware or the BIOS test
failed, upgrade the BIOS or firmware. See
details.
4. When the Readiness Test Passed dialog box appears, follow the prompts to
reload Express5800/320Ma software.
5. When the Installation Completed dialog box appears, do one of the following:
If the Installation Completed dialog box does not list any warnings or errors,
click Restart.
If the Installation Completed dialog box lists warnings or errors, click View
Log.
– If the log does not list any WSH warnings or errors, click Restart.
– If the log lists any Windows Scripting Host (WSH) warnings or errors, click
Exit in the Installation Completed dialog box, and then check the
application event log to find the specific error. To open Event Viewer and
clear the logs, click Start, point to Control Panel and Administrative
Tools, and double-click Event Viewer. After you resolve any errors, restart
the system.
Restarting the system activates some of the replaced drivers.
6. After the system has restarted, log on. The Express5800/320Ma Post Installation
Check window appears for several minutes. Wait until it completes.
