The Password field is case sensitive. Make sure that you enter the correct
password using the proper casing.
If you forget your password you will need to restore the factory default
configuration file. This will restore all of the factory defaults including the
password. Refer to the Firmware and Configuration Maintenance chapter.
Table 15-6 Troubleshooting Remote Management
Refer to the Remote Management Limitations section of the Remote Management
chapter for scenarios that may disallow remote management.
When NAT is enabled:
Use the Prestige's WAN IP address when configuring from the WAN.
Use the Prestige's LAN IP address when configuring from the LAN.
Refer to section 15.2 for instructions on checking your LAN connection.
