Setting the date and time
KRONOS has an internal calendar, which is used to
record the date and time when you save data. You can
set the date and time by using the Disk Utility page's
Set Date/Time menu command.
You will need make these settings after you purchase
the KRONOS, and after replacing the calendar backup
battery.
1. Press the DISK button to enter Disk mode.
2. Select the Disk–Utility page. Press the File tab,
and then the Utility tab.
3. Open the page menu, and select the Set Date/Time
command.
The following dialog box will appear.
4. Use the VALUE controllers to set the correct year,
month, day, hour, minute, and second.
5. Press the OK button.
If the calendar backup battery runs low, the
following message will appear in the LCD screen:
"The clock battery voltage is low. Please replace the
battery, and set the date and time in Disk mode"
If the calendar backup battery runs down
completely, the calendar will be initialized, and the
date and time will not be recorded correctly. Your
Korg Distributor can help you find a service center
to replace the battery.
