3009: ZPWY-EVT-TCP-BADSCREENTERM

The TCP detected an attempt to execute a SCREEN COBOL program unit compiled
for one type of device on an incompatible device.
If the device types are compatible, then a Pathway subsystem internal error has
occurred.
