TCP Event Messages

3241: ZPWY-EVT-TCP-UNSOLREJECTED

The TCP rejected an unsolicited message for the reason specified by the error number.
(This error number is also returned in the ZINFO field of the STATUS TERM
command.) This message can be generated on behalf of either an individual requester
or the entire TCP.
