During correct VCX V7122/SIP operation, the ACT LED lights green and the FAIL LED is off.
Changing of the FAIL LED to red indicates a failure.
In the correct VCX V7122/SIP operation, the E1/T1 LED lights green. Any other condition
indicates failure, either in the E1/T1 cable, in the VCX V7122/SIP or at the remote side.
