Solutions
Check if TFTP Server working.
Check this in its log.
Check in SysLog printout that the TFTP Server IP
address is the one that the Gateway is trying to use.
Try to restart TFTP Server.
Check in the SysLog printout that the address is of
used TFTP.
Check default directory of TFTP Server and check
that INI file exists there.
Verify in windows explorer that file extensions are
displayed and the INI file is not by mistake
XXX.ini.ini.
Verify that extension INI is in lowercase letters.
Verify that INI file name does t contain space(s).
Verify that:
Timeout = 2 seconds
# of retransmission = 10
Old INI file was probably loaded. Check which INI
file was loaded. This can be performed using
SysLog printout. The Gateway displays contents of
INI file before it began.
Check INI file syntax.
Check that only your BootP Server contains VCX
V7122/SIP MAC address.
