a, b, c, d
a = Phone number prefix
b = Number of stripped digits
c = New prefix to be added, or none
d = Number of remained digits from right
The parameter defines set of rule(s) for changing the destination phone
number of incoming Tel
their telephone number correspond with the prefix a. The b, c, and d
actions apply to that number. The actions are executed in the following
order: b, d, and then c.
