Brew Group Assembly
A Upper piston quick-connect fitting.
(Incoming water from the Coffee Boiler)
B Bottom Piston quick-connect fitting.
(Extracted espresso leads to the coffee spout)
C Allen bolts.
(Hold the piston motor assembly on the brew group)
D Piston motor.
(Drives the gear box)
E Piston gear box
(Drives the auger shaft)
F Sweeper arm
(Clears the brewing chamber's surface of grounds after extraction)
G Brewing chamber
(Grounds are tamped and espresso is extracted)
H Home position sensor
(Allows the machine to know when the piston has reached it's home position)
Note: The red highlighted areas represent the upper and lower piston, respectively.
