DIALING IN 10 GRAMS

This section is critical to the proper function of the Egro 5511. It gives the machine an
accurate starting point for drink products.
*Anytime the roast of espresso or the espresso brand is changed, you will need to dial in 10

Insert a programming key into the slot on the front door,
below the touchpad. Turn the key to the right.

The machine will ask for a PIN number.
Press the buttons 1-8-4-9. This will unlock the machine and
allow you into programming mode.

There are four options in the grinders menu:
· Gl Sec/10Gr #.#
(Left grinder grinding time, in seconds)
· Gr Sec/10Gr #.#
(Right grinder grinding time, in seconds)
· Grinder l Test?
(Test the left grinder for the set grinding time)
· Grinder r Test?
(Test the right grinder for the set grinding time)

Press button two times. The screen will read

Remove the screw holding the front door in place (

Place a cup under the left grinder chute to catch the
grounds ( ). Press button

Run three tests and discard the coffee grounds. Run a fourth
test, and weigh it.
Note: Using the fourth grinder test after each adjustment will ensure that
the grounds weight is accurate.
