has disappeared.

Mark
application
exits

when I attempt to run it.
8 - 12 Problems & Possible Solutions
You have a computer with 4GB of RAM and have installed Windows Vista Service Pack 1. This
is a known issue if your computer has 4GB of RAM and is running Windows Vista Service Pack
1. To re-enable Hibernate mode go to the Command Prompt and type the command "powercfg
-h on" (make sure you are logged on as an Administrator):

Click Start
2.
Type "cmd" in the Start Search box
3.
Double click the Command Prompt
4.
Type "powercfg -h on" in the Command Prompt window.
5.
Close the Command Prompt window.
6.
The Hibernate function will now be enabled.

This is an known issue acknowledged by 3D Mark (see http://www.futuremark.com/support/

Try un-plugging any external USB/FireWire storage devices such as DVD-drives or external hard
disks. Some network-attached storage devices may also cause this problem to appear, so
unmounting all network drives might also help.
You can also add "-nosysteminfo" at the end of the "Target:" field of 3DMark 2006's application
shortcut to disable the SystemInfo from running when the benchmark is being launched. This
should allow you to run all of the tests normally, but your results can't be submitted to the ORB if
this option has been used to launch the benchmark.
