Display Devices & Options
Besides the built-in LCD, you can also use an external VGA monitor (CRT)/external Flat Panel Display or
TV as your display device. A VGA monitor/Flat Panel Display connects to the DVI-Out port, a TV to the S-
Video-Out jack. The following display modes are available (see
full details).
ATI Display Mode
Single
Multiple - Clone Mode
Multiple - Extended Desktop Mode
Note: Model B computers with ATI Mobility Radeon X800 XT video cards also support HDTV output, but
require an HDTV converter (contact your service center for the HDTV converter) connected to the S-Video-Out
port.
One of the connected displays is used as the display device
Both connected displays output the same view
Both connected displays are treated as separate devices, and act as a virtual desktop
