Timed On Off
The Timed On Off function allows the air conditioner to be set to
turn on or off any time during the day or night, or to turn on or off
at the same time each day.
NOTES:
• The clock must be set to the correct time for Timed Function
to operate properly.
• The Timed On Off function may be set with the air conditioner
in Standby mode, with the red LED on the Power button lit, or
running, with the blue LED on the Power button lit.
Timed Off
Set the air conditioner to turn off at a specific time.
1. Press TIMED OFF. The Timed Off button LED will flash. The
display shows the actual time that the air conditioner will turn
off.
2. Press the up or down arrow button to change the Hour (AM/
PM) setting to the desired time that the air conditioner will
turn off.
3. Press TIMED OFF again while the actual time that the unit will
turn off is shown on the display, or wait 5 seconds for the unit
to automatically save the settings. The Timed Off button LED
will remain on. The display will show the current room
temperature.
NOTE: When the air conditioner turns off, the red LED on the
Power button lights for Standby mode. The Timed Function LED
turns off.
6. Press TIMED ON again while the actual time that the unit will
turn off is shown on the display, or wait 5 seconds for the unit
to automatically save the settings. The Timed On button LED
will remain on. If the unit is running, the display will show the
current room temperature. If the unit is in standby mode, the
display will be blank.
NOTE: When the programmed time is reached, the Timed On
function will turn on the air conditioner or change the settings,
depending on the setting. The Timed On button LED will turn off
and the unit will continue operate at the selected settings.
7. To view the time remaining before the air conditioner turns on,
press TIMED ON once. Pressing Timed On again while the
time remaining is shown on the display will cancel the setting.
Timed On and Timed Off
Set the air conditioner to turn on and off at a specific time each
day.
1. Set the desired time for the air conditioner to turn on. See
"Timed On."
2. Set the desired time for the air conditioner to turn off. See
"Timed Off."
NOTES:
• The Timed On LED and Timed Off LED will remain on.
• Each day, the air conditioner will turn on and turn off at the
set time unless the programs are canceled.
4. To view the time remaining before the air conditioner turns off,
press TIMED OFF once. Pressing Timed Off again while the
time remaining is shown on the display will cancel the setting.
Timed On
Set the air conditioner to turn on (if the unit is off) or change the
settings (if the unit is running) at a specific time.
1. Press TIMED ON. The Timed On button LED will flash. The
display shows the actual time that the air conditioner will turn
on or change settings.
2. Press the up or down arrow button to change the Hour (AM/
PM) setting to the desired time that the air conditioner will
turn on or change settings.
3. Select the mode. See "Mode."
4. Set the temperature. See "Temperature."
5. Select the fan speed. See "Fan Speed."
Cancel All Programming in Timed On Off function
1. If the air conditioner is set to Timed On, press TIMED ON
twice to cancel the program.
2. If the air conditioner is set to Timed Off, press TIMED OFF
twice to cancel the program.
3. If the air conditioner is set to Timed On and Timed Off, press
either TIMED ON or TIMED OFF twice to cancel the
programs.
