Installing motherboard components

This section describes how to install CPUs, memory mod-
ules, and PCI cards in the Transport TX46.

2.2.1 Removing the chassis cover

Follow these instructions to remove the TX46 chassis cover.
This step is required before any other procedures in this
chapter can be undertaken.
To remove the rear cover and expose motherboard
components:
1. Pull up the two retaining clips, and lift off the cover.
To remove the front cover and expose storage media, cooling
fans and power supply:
1. Remove the two screws and lift off the cover.
Note:
without first removing the rear cover.
