OVERVIEW
4.1
This section describes the adjustments that are required when the printer is disassembled and
assembled after repair. Since this printer has both the black head and color head, it needs new
adjustments not required fix previous printers. Perform the suitable adjustments by referring to the
following table.
The adjustments must be performed in the order indicated. Always follow the correct order.
When performing steps 1-5, perform the cleaning operation for the black and CO1OY print
heads. The cleaning operation is needed because pn"nting the sample patterns fm the head
angle, Bi-11 alignment, and the head gap increases the viscosity of the ink and the printer
following adjustments in the order shown:
