Defines drive pulse width for peripheral device #1

Defines the drive pulse width for peripheral devices requiring other

than standard 200 ms pulse time and delay time.

n1 indicates the energizing time and n2 indicates the delay time,

using 10ms units.

Executes drive pulse for peripheral device #1.

Controls peripheral device #1 immediately

Executes drive pulse for peripheral device #1 immediately.
