To hold the b onnet in the open position,
insert the support rod located at right
angles ab ov e the radiator grille into the
small slot in the underside of the bonnet.
Before c losing bonnet, press support rod
firmly into its retainer. Lower the bonnet
gradually and then allow it to fall into the
lock under its own weight.
Check tha t the bonnet is lock ed in position
by pulling at its front edge. I f it is not
engaged, repea t the procedure.
