GL-20 System Programming and Maintenance (SPM)
(input/output device) Equipment that can be
attached to a computer internally or externally
for managing a computer system's input and
output of information.
(Integrated Solution II or Integrated Solution Ill)
Set of UNIX system-based applications that
augments and provides additional services
using the system.
(Integrated Services Digital Network) Public or
private network that provides end-to-end digital
connectivity for all services to which users have
access by a limited set of standard
multipurpose user and network interfaces;
provides digital circuit-switched or packet-
switched connections within the network and
other networks for national and international
digital connectivity.
Data communications device that allows
connection between an RS-232 DTE device
and the control unit via MLX extension jacks on
the 008 MLX or 408 GS/LS-MLX module.
Physical connection point to the system for a
telephone, trunk, or other device. Also called
