VACUUM BIN Module inspection and cleaning

Make sure filter is properly installed. Replace if necessary.
Make sure rear squeegee is properly installed.
Check for wear and tear on both front and rear squeegees.
Wipe dust off vacuum bin contacts with finger or pencil
eraser.
