You can check several important connection data values in the client. The dates,
times, server address, and port numbers are available for troubleshooting
connection problems.

To check connection status data values in the client

On the client, on the program panel, click Help > Troubleshooting.

In the left column, select Connection Status.
View the connection status data values.
The client uses a notification area icon to indicate whether the client is online or
offline and whether the client computer is adequately protected. You can right-click
this icon to display frequently used commands. The icon is located in the
lower-right hand corner of the client computer desktop.

The client runs with no problems. It is either offline or unmanaged.
Unmanaged clients are not connected to a management server. The icon is
a plain yellow shield.
