In the Policies page, under Tasks, click Export the Policy.

In the Export Policy dialog box, locate the folder where you want to export
the policy file to, and then click Export.
To import a policy

In the console, click Policies.

On the Policies page, under Policies, click the type of policy that you want
to import.

In the policy type Policies pane, click the policy that you want to import.

On the Policies page, under Tasks, click Import a policy type Policy.

In the Import Policy dialog box, browse to the policy file that you want to
import, and then click Import.
You may need to delete a policy. For example, corporate guidelines may change
and require the implementation of different policies. As new corporate groups
are added, you may need to delete old groups and their associated policies.

If a policy is assigned to one or more groups, you cannot delete it until you have
unassigned it from all groups.
To delete a policy in the Policies page

In the console, click Policies.

In the Policies page, under Policies, select the type of policy that you want
to delete.
The policy may or may not have been assigned to one or more groups.

In the policy type Policies pane, click the specific policy that you want to
delete.

In the Policies page, under Tasks, click Delete the Policy.

When you are prompted to confirm that you want to delete the policy that
you selected, click Yes.
Computers get security policy updates from Symantec Endpoint Protection
Manager. When you update a security policy by using the console, the computers
on page 119.
