from the origin (0) of the design area's X-Y coordinates.
When this is selected, the coordinates of the points are relative
distances from the previous point. The first point's
coordinates are the relative distance from The First
Reference Point above the list. (The absolute coordinates of
the first reference point are shown in The First Reference
Point's Coordinate X/Y input boxes.
