If it appears the paper has lodged behind the paper tray,
completely remove the tray to retrieve the paper:
a
Use a pencil or similar object to press the tab on the right
side of the tray, as shown.
b
Pivot the tray to the left, and then firmly move the tray
back and forth to work the tray out of the printer.
Removing the tray may require some force.
c
Remove any paper from inside the opening for the tray.
