Mouse Cursor Style

Command Line: +custyle
This enables you to specify how the mouse cursor appears in the
emulation workspace. You can select from the following style
options:
0 Blank cursor.
1 I-Beam (the default).
2 Arrow.
3 Up arrow.
4 Crosshair.
5 Hourglass/watch.
6 Vertical resize.
7 Horizontal resize.
8 Diagonal resize (\).
9 Diagonal resize (/).
Command Line: +r4c
This enables Reflection 4 colour commands to be processed in the
VT terminal emulation.

10 All directions resize.
11 Vertical splitting.
12 Horizontal splitting.
13 Pointing hand.
14 Slashed circle.
15 Arrow with question mark.
16 Arrow with hourglass/watch.
