Detecting Multi Feeds

"Multi feed" is an error that occurs when two or more sheets are accidentally fed into the ADF at
the same time. You can set the scanner to display an error message when the scanner detects a
multi feed.
To set conditions for the multi feed detection, change the settings in the [TWAIN Driver]
dialogbox.
The following shows the procedure for changing the settings in the dialogbox.

1. Click the [Option...] button in the [TWAIN Driver] dialogbox.
⇒ The [Option] dialogbox appears.
2. Click the [Job/Cache] tab.
3. Select the detection conditions from [Multi Feed Detection] under [ADF Option].
