Sending a document
Redialing a facsimile number
lf the facsimile line is busy or if there is no answer, then
the fax will make two more attempts to dial at two
minute intervals. You can also redial a facsimile
number manually.
r Automatic redialing
1 The fax will automatically go into the redialing
m o d e .
REDIALING
2 After two minutes have elapsed, the fax will
automatically attempt to dial again. lf the line
is still busy or there is no answer, the fax will
again enter the redialing mode.

3 After the second attempt, if the call is not
connected, the fax will disPlaY:

. Then the fax witl sound an alarm and automatically print
out a transmission error report that shows the fax f ailed to
send the document.
c At anl time if you want to cancel automatic redialing and
return to standby, press ITTE P l.
