Printing a transaction schedule report
A transaction schedule report shows what documents
are waiting to be sent from the memory. The
information in the report is the same as for a memory
list except a transaction schedule does not list
documents you have received or documents that
contain errors.
Follow the procedure to enter the memory
mode. (.97)
Press O or the search keys to select the first
selection if it is not already displayed.

ACTIVITY
REPORT
The facsimile prints the transaction schedule
report.
. While the document is printing, the facsimile cannot
receive another document until printing has been
completed.
c lt the memory lamp is blinking, this means all or paft of a
received document is in the memory but it cannot finish
printing because the facsimile paper tray is empty. you
cannot pilnt a memory list until after you have put more
paper in the paper tray and printed the received document
in the memory" ( + 21).
