Adjusting the pause time
Follow this procedure to adjust the length of pause
time for your switchboard or telephone system.
. Pauses entered within numbers are set for 2 seconds.
. Pauses entered at the end of numbers are set for 10
seconds.
. OnlV the length of the 2-second pause entered within
a number can be adjusted.
. Make sure thatthe REGISTRATION
switch is ON before
you adjust the time. Turn it OFF after you complete the
sefting.

6 Use the numeric keys to enter a number to
set the length of the pause in seconds.
.The pause can be setfrom 1 to 15 seconds.
. lf you enter a number larger than 15, the latt will beep to
warn you of the error.
