. The disptay changes again automatically and waits for you
to enter the other parly's name.

. lf a name has been registered previously, just enter the
new name over the old one.
Use the keys listed in the table below to enter
the name.
. The name you enter here is printed in your own fax repofts
and is displayed in the one-line display when you dial the
number.
. Although the name entry is not required, we recommend
that you enter a name. This will make it easier for you to
keep track of transactions recorded in your repofts.

Enters the first letter of lhe group shown on
the control panel next to the numeric key. It
the {irst letter is not the one you want, keep
pressing the key until the letter you want is
displayed.
Enters a space between letters. Enters a
space over a letter at the cursor position.
Switches between upper and lower-case {or
the letter above the cursor.
Moves the cursor left or right so you can
type over a letter,
Clears the entire entry so you can start
again.
Displays the first symbol in the set that can
be entered. Use the search keys ( < > ) to
display the symbol you want lo enter,
