Printing reports
r Printing error transmission reports
The fax can automatically print an error transmission
report if it fails to send a document because the other
party did not answer or an error occurred. An error
transmission repod tells you the facsimile number of
the party you are sending to so you can try again later.
Follow this procedure to have the fax print out a error
transmission report every time an error occurs. When
an error or other problems occur, the fax displays an
error message in the one-line display. For a list of
these errors, their cause, and a list of ways to solve the
problems that cause errors see page 148.

switch is ON before
