Carrier Plate Removal

1. Remove the tractor assembly
see "Push Tractor Assembly Removal" on page
2. Remove the top cover
see "Top Cover Removal" on page
3. Remove the paper select lever
see "Paper Select Lever Removal" on page
4. Remove the printhead
see "Printhead Removal" on page
5. Remove the printhead cables

6. Remove the sub logic board

7. Remove the paper feed motor

8. Remove the carrier motor assembly

9. Remove the tension pulley plate assembly

10. Remove the carrier see
11. 23XX-002, 003: Remove the tractor idler gear.
12. 23XX-002, 003: Remove the support plate.
13. Remove the lower pinch roller

14. Remove the gears on the right side frame

15. Remove the ribbon drive rack gear

16. Remove the home position sensor

17. Remove the paper separator spring [2].
18. Remove the screw [3] from the paper separator.
19. 23XX-001, 002 - Release the latch, and then remove the
release slider cam [4] from the right side frame.
23XX-003 - Remove the slider cam screw and spring. Remove
the sub slider cam and the slider cam from the right side frame.
20. Remove the two screws [5] and the screw [6].
