Form Thickness Lever Removal

1. Remove the top cover
see "Top Cover Removal" on page
2. Remove the sub logic board
see "Sub Logic Board Removal" on page
3. Remove the paper feed motor and the paper feed motor plate
see "Paper Guide / Platen Assembly Removal" on page
4. Remove the lever stop bracket from the carrier motor
(bracket not present on all machines).
5. Remove the screw and washer [3].
6. Release the latch [4] and remove the form thickness lever [5].
