8. Look for "L" and "R" labels. Fasten the rockers (70, 71) onto handrails (131, 132) with bolts
(159), washers (161, 160) and acorn nut (162).
9. Fasten the left and right rockers (70, 71) to the left and right pedal assemblies (111,112) with
bolts (116) and nylon nuts (115).
