are seeing on your current viewers' computer screens as well; click Stop
Page Sharing when you've finished.
Here are the rules for real-time collaboration:
Users can see a list of participants, and chat with others in the docu-
ment window.
Document actions and features, including the mouse pointer, screen
view, zoom, layers, and 3D views, can be synchronized.
Changes are instantly transmitted to the other participants' views.

Finding Your Files
Like all Acrobat.com features,
MyFiles can be accessed in
several ways. Most of the
commands on the Acrobat 9
or Adobe Reader 9 Collaborate
task button's menu launch
MyFiles as either a full-screen
application or one associated
with another interface. For
example, Send & Collaborate
Live shows the MyFiles feature
at the bottom of the screen.
Once online, you can toggle
between your general
Acrobat.com files and
Buzzword Docs files (see the
toolbar shown in Figure 81a).
Share Files Further
You can use your files stored
on Acrobat.com in other
online material, such as Web
pages. In MyFiles, click a file
in the list and then click the
arrow to display the pop-up
menu:
Choose Embed Code
to copy the code to the
clipboard; you can use
this to embed the code in
a Web page.
Choose Copy Link to
save the file's link to the
clipboard. Paste the link
into an e-mail, Web page,
or chat message to share
the file.
