RAID Configuration Service and RAID Mail Utility
Ensure that the RAID Configuration Service and the RAID Mail Utility (not a default selection) are
installed from the Intel RAID Controller SRCU31 Software CD.
RAID Configuration Service
To configure the RAID Configuration Service, open the Control Panel (Start/Settings/Control
Panel) and double click on the RAID Configuration Service icon. See Figure 105.
•
The Poll-Interval determines the time between two message acquisitions of the RAID
Configuration Service.
•
Under Workstation you can add workstations that receive broadcast messages from the Intel
RAID Controller SRCU31.
•
In the device driver section you can add or remove parameters for the RAIDSRC.SYS driver
(for example, reserve parameters for raw devices).
