Displays and Key Operations

When the messages and menus described below appear, follow the procedures
explained here.

❖ Printing
Displays the name of the file being printed, selected paper tray, and paper
size during a print job. To cancel the print job, press the {Job Reset} key.
❖ Menu screen
Press the {Menu} key to display the Menu screen. Use the scroll key displayed
on the upper left corner of the display to highlight a required function. To se-
lect a highlighted function or move to a selected directory, press the {OK} key.
❖ Entering the custom paper size, IPv4 Address, etc.
To enter the IPv4 address or specify a custom paper size, use the scroll keys
to change the values, and then press the {OK} key.
