Remember to take care when unpacking. Please keep your workspace clean, clear, and tidy when working. This will help keep all items safe from damage. Any waste cardboard or plastic should be flattened down and placed in the bin. A minimum of two people will be needed to lift the unit. Removing the frontal, fixtures and fittings Remove all content so the unit is empty.

Inserting the legs Push each leg firmly down into the leg bracket. Adjusting each leg to 165mm. Adjust the legs to the correct height by turning clockwise or anti-clockwise. Cutting the packers Using a chop saw cut the height of both of the packers to 644mm.

Attaching an L bracket to packer Z1 Fix an L bracket to the back of the packer Z1 close to the top using 2x15mm screws as shown. Drilling the pilot holes for the packer fixing Packer Z1 should be positioned closely to the centre post and in line with the front edge of the unit.

Attaching the packer to the centre post Fix packer Z1 to the centre post using 2x15mm screws through the L bracket as shown. Notching out the end panels (when required) In order to allow for any horizontal pipework running behind the unit, some units will require the back of unit’s side to be notched out.

The corner post will be divided into two pieces, Z and Y. The sizes of the pieces will vary based on the room dimensions and the kitchen plan. The correct dimensions will be obtained through the following steps. Positioning the adjacent base unit To determine the corner post measurements, position the adjacent base unit in line with wall markings.

When cutting the panel please take into account the thickness of the blade. Cutting the corner post Mark the measurement on the back of the corner post panel. Place the panel facing down and cut it into two pieces using a circular saw.

You can make your markings more visible by drawing them onto masking tape. Marking panel Z Continue the markings down the full length of panel Z. Cutting panel Z Using a circular saw cut along the rear marking. Marking panel Z Next, draw a line in the middle of the cut edge and the pencil marking.

Creating the corner post Attach Panel Y to Panel Z to create a corner post, using a clamp to secure the pieces together. To secure the panels, insert 4x30mm screws in the pilot holes, through the back of Panel Z, Image from back of panel and into the cut edge of panel Y.

Measuring the blanking panel size To determine the correct dimensions for the blanking panel, measure from the outside edge of the unit’s side panel to the start of the corner post (Panel Z). Drilling the pilot holes Drill 2 pilot holes through the rear top rail and be sure to lightly mark the wall to indicate the location of the wall fixing. The size of the holes will be determined by the size of wall fixing required.

Before attaching the units together, ensure that the milano profile cutouts of both units align. Securing the adjacent units to the corner post Place the adjacent base unit next to the corner post in line with the markings on the wall.

Finding the shelf height Position the shelf pegs into the pre-drilled holes. The shelf can be positioned at 3 different heights, as shown in the diagram. Adding the door buffers Position 1x door buffer at the top and bottom corners of the carcase, as illustrated in the image. Removing the hinge cover cap Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the hinge cover cap by inserting it into the slot of the cover cap and twisting.

Altering the soft-close Fit the hinge cover caps to the hinges by pressing down to secure. Adjust the soft-close to suit (if required).
