Causes
The memory
configuration does not
support node
interleaving. The system
will run but with reduced
functionality.
Remote Configuration
request has been detected
and is being processed.
System is in
manufacturing mode.
Remote BIOS update
attempt failed.
NVRAM_CLR jumper is
installed. CMOS has
been cleared.
Corrective Actions
Ensure that the memory
modules are installed in a
configuration that supports
node interleaving. See
"General Memory Module
Installation Guidelines" on
page 94. If the problem
persists, see
"Troubleshooting System
Memory" on page 158.
Wait until the process is
complete.
Reboot to take the system
out of manufacturing
mode.
Retry the BIOS update. If
the problem persists, see
"Getting Help" on
page 181.
Remove the NVRAM_CLR
jumper. See Figure 6-1 for
jumper locations.
